As the Head of AI/ML, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of AI/ML strategies for our robot humanoid project, ensuring alignment with company goals. You'll oversee the design and deployment of AI/ML algorithms for perception, decision-making, control, and autonomous driving, leveraging expertise in embodied AI, NLP, semantic SLAM, CNN/DNN, emotion/object recognition, and understanding of world model architectures. Your role involves defining research roadmaps, establishing data pipelines, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into our platform. You'll lead recruitment, foster collaborations, and ensure compliance with ethical standards. Your strategic leadership will drive innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and representation in industry forums.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI/ML algorithms and models, focusing on enhancing various functionalities such as perception, decision-making, control, and autonomous driving within the robot humanoid project.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive roadmap for AI/ML research, development, and deployment, keeping abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Establish robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI/ML workflows, encompassing everything from data collection and preprocessing to training and inference.
- Drive the seamless integration of AI/ML capabilities into our robot humanoid platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML systems in real-world scenarios, continually iterating and optimizing to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI/ML team, staying updated with the latest advancements in technology and methodologies.
