As the demands on our built environment rise, labour shortages loom. With the world’s workforce increasingly moving away from undesirable tasks, the manufacturing, construction, and logistics industries critical to our daily lives are left exposed. By deploying our general-purpose humanoid robots in environments deemed hazardous or monotonous, we envision a future where human well-being is safeguarded while closing the gaps in critical global labour needs.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and software applications, to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems and services.
• Cybersecurity and Data Protection: Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to protect company data and systems from cyber threats, including malware, phishing attacks, and unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• IT Operations and Support: Manage day-to-day IT operations and support activities, including user support, helpdesk services, system monitoring, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and timely resolution of technical issues.
• IT Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, such as system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure expansions, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and select IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality of services and value for money.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including data backup and recovery strategies, to minimize downtime and ensure business resilience in the event of IT disruptions or disasters.
• IT Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX, to mitigate risks and maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
• IT Strategy and Innovation: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, identify opportunities for IT innovation and digital transformation, and leverage emerging technologies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Expertise

• Cybersecurity and Data Protection: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including risk assessment, threat detection, incident response, and security compliance, and experience in implementing security controls and measures to protect company assets and data.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure components, such as networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services, to support business operations and achieve performance and security goals.
